Shipping Policy

Fallen Barrel House ships beverage alcohol only where lawful and only to adults 21 years of age or older. Availability is determined by the destination entered at checkout. We do not ship to jurisdictions, addresses, or recipients for which delivery is prohibited, and we may cancel and refund any order that cannot legally be fulfilled.

Orders are processed after payment and compliance review. Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. A carrier-approved adult signature service is required on every alcohol shipment. The recipient must be at least 21 and present a valid government-issued photo ID. Carriers will not leave alcohol unattended, at a mailbox, or without an eligible recipient. Additional delivery attempts, address corrections, returns, and reshipments may result in added charges.

Title and responsibility for an order pass only as permitted by applicable law. We may use a licensed retailer or fulfillment partner as seller or shipper of record. Weather, carrier interruptions, inventory verification, and regulatory requirements may delay shipment. Contact sb@badwaterbrands.com promptly if an address needs correction; changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Returns & Damaged Orders

Because our releases are limited beverage-alcohol products, all sales are final except where required by law or when an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. We do not accept returns based on taste preference, missed delivery, or a recipient’s failure to provide valid identification.

For damage, leakage, or an incorrect shipment, email sb@badwaterbrands.com within 48 hours of delivery with the order number, photographs of the bottle, packaging, and shipping label, and a description of the issue. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. Approved remedies may include replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on inventory and applicable law. Do not ship alcohol back without written instructions.

Age & Responsible Purchase Policy

You must be 21 or older to enter this site, place an order, receive a shipment, or attend a tasting. By purchasing, you represent that you are legally eligible to buy beverage alcohol and that the product is for personal use, not unlawful resale. We may request age or identity verification before fulfillment and may refuse or cancel an order when eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Our website age gate is a notice and affirmation; it does not replace identity verification at purchase or delivery. Please enjoy responsibly. Do not drink and drive.

State & Destination Restrictions

Alcohol laws vary and change. Fallen Barrel House accepts orders only for destinations enabled at checkout and served by our licensed fulfillment network. A successful form submission or payment authorization does not guarantee that an order may legally ship. Orders to unsupported states, territories, dry jurisdictions, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight-forwarding services, or other restricted destinations will be declined or cancelled.

The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and complying with local law. Quantity limits, product restrictions, taxes, and carrier services may vary by destination. The eligibility presented at checkout controls for each order.

Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide, including contact, billing, shipping, age-eligibility, order, and mailing-list information. We may also collect device, browser, cookie, and site-usage data. We use this information to operate the site, process and deliver orders, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, provide customer service, send requested marketing, and comply with law.

We may share information with payment processors, licensed retailers and fulfillment partners, carriers, email and website providers, professional advisers, and authorities when needed for those purposes. We do not sell your personal information for money. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe option; transactional and legally required messages may still be sent.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting sb@badwaterbrands.com. We retain information only as reasonably necessary for operations, compliance, dispute resolution, and recordkeeping. No online system is completely secure. This site is not directed to anyone under 21.

Terms of Use & Sale

By using this site, you agree to these terms and all applicable laws. Product descriptions, bottle counts, release dates, photographs, pricing, and availability may change or contain errors. We may correct errors, limit quantities, reject orders, or cancel transactions. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; acceptance occurs only when the order is approved and fulfilled by the authorized seller.

All site content, branding, photographs, and copy are owned by or licensed to Fallen Barrel House and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission. The site and its content are provided as available, without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fallen Barrel House is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products.

These terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing here waives rights that cannot legally be waived. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. We may update these policies by posting a revised version and effective date.
